Based on the information requirements of the Client we prepare the chart of accounts and accounting policy of the subsidiary providing for the fact that accounting should meet both the Hungarian regulations and the requirements of the mother company.

If required we provide assistance in the selection of the appropriate VIR/accounting programme; respectively in case the book-keeping service is used we also operate the established system.
We also undertake the operation of the management information system based on the requirements of the leaders / owners jointly with the planning and controlling system.
Jointly with the management we determine the indices, which are applicable to describe the typical operation of the venture and we determine the scope of information, their deadline and detailed provided for / received for each management level.
We undertake to adopt the system elaborated in this manner into practical terms through the chart of accounts, the accounting policy and internal trainings.
