  • Monthly regular payroll management by the pre-agreed deadline in compliance with the requirements of the Client.
  • Monitoring the staff leaving and joining the company, administration of the necessary registrations and preparation of certificates.
  • Preparation of work contracts and other connecting documents in compliance with the requirements of the Client.
  • Records of working hours and records of holidays, sick leaves and overtime work.
  • If required we also undertake HR administration at the Seat of our Clients.
  • Preparation of payroll transfer file.
  • If required the preparation and mailing of salary envelopes.
  • Preparation of cost centre-based reports.
  • Preparation of general ledger posting.
  • Records of budgetary relationships and regular information on payment obligations.
  • Preparation of individual management report.
  • Preparation of monthly statement of taxes and contributions and forwarding those if requested.
  • Preparation and forwarding reports to the Statistical Office.
  • Payroll for foreign citizens working in Hungary.
